Responsibility:
1.Conduct the new hire recruitment process.
2.Evaluate and choose the recruiting channel.
3.Screen the resumes and arrange candidates to interview.
4.Be responsible for new employee first day orientation.
5.Set up the company training procedure and system.
6.Set up the annual training plans and follow up.
7.Push the suggestion system, ensure employee suggestion can be processed in time.
8.Other work arranged by the Manager.
Requirement:
1.More than two years training or HR experience in foreign manufactory;
2.Good communication skill and organization capability;
3.Good English in both reading and writing;
4.College degree, major in HR management or related specialty;
5.Be willing to work under pressure and deadline;
6.Team work attitude;
