JOB RESPONSIBILITIES and KEY RESULTS
Support the Technical Manager in achieving the department’s objectives
Conduct plant troubleshooting for reactor and dryer, RCA and implement action plans
Plan, execute, supervise and document engineering projects
Provide technical support to Production Department
Plan & execute process optimization, plant capacity, raw materials introduction, product quality and productivity improvement activities
Plan and manage plant shut-down maintenance activities
Support the Maintenance group in minimizing the breakdown rate of plant equipment
Support Activities for understanding ways to improve product Yield and OAU
Manage and Lead small projects and supervise contractors
Support QC lab in understanding ways to improve efficiency and cost reduction
Manage SPC and SQC information for products and develop control limits
Others tasks as and when required
Requirement
Bachleor degree or higher in chemical engineering
More than two years in the chemical or related industries
Strong interpersonal skills
Fluent in Chinese and English in both verbal and written forms.
Strong communication skills
Good problem-solving skills
Report writing skills
Familiar with Distributed Control System
Project management skills
Knowledge of ISO9000,SAP, or Manufacturing Excellence a plus
