-Drive and deploy training and development programs including training needs analysis, training plan, organizing, and evaluation to reduce capability gaps
-Develop training courses and acting as a trainer to deliver the courses
-Identify, assess and select appropriate resources to support the implementation training initiatives
-Facilitate talent management process to ensure continued growth and successful achievement of business objectives.
-Act as internal consultant to provide consultancy based on specific requests
-Develop and reinforce effective communication channels, plan and budget communication activities including employee activities execution
-Facilitate the employee engagement process.
-Drive & facilitate the implementation of performance management process
-Drive and implement company social programs or other initiatives
-Training record and relevant documents filing and reports
Qualifications资格要求:
3+ years of relevant experience Skilled in MS-Office
Good command of English Good Communication and consultative skill
Proactive and self-motivated, excellence driven
Familiar with multinational work environment
